RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bright Breed. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the cost of the return is not included in the purchase. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

For any returns, please follow the below steps:

1. Find the spare postage bag in your parcel which you can use to pack up the items you wish to return (alternatively, you can also use any other waterproof sealed packing)

2. Find the order packing slip inside your parcel, mark the items you want to return and add the packing slip in the parcel along with the returned items

​

3. Find the return label inside the original parcel and attach it to the outside of the new parcel

​

4. Take the parcel to your closest Royal Mail office to post it back to us (please make a note of your parcel tracking details for future reference)

5. As soon as we get your items back, we will process the refund directly to your bank account and send you an email to confirm we have received your items and your money is on its way back to you (this should take 3-5 business days to be processed and completed by your bank)
